Mix up in room assignment but was quickly resolved and the desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious especially the sausage gravy and biscuits. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean! And the breakfast bar was amazing. It had everything you could want.!

Great stay for weekend close to downtown and other areas of Andalusia. Breakfast was outstanding with a lot of choices and very well presented and delicious, especially the biscuits and gravy.

Our overall experience was excellent! The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. The only two things that needs improvement is the hot water wasn’t hot enough and the phone number on your website was with a 3rd party travel agency. We were not aware of this and we needed to make adjustments to our travel arrangements which we were not able to do since we didn’t make our reservations with the hotel itself. Other than that, we were very happy and will stay there again.
This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and Southern hospitality was front and center when all surrounding businesses were closed due to local authorities shutting the city down. The GM saw a need to feed the guests and opened the breakfast bar for dinner. Many thanks to you and your crew who left family at home to stay and take care of all of your guests. You went way above and beyond, please know It was greatly appreciated!
