We have stayed at several GrandStay was never disappointed as we were here. The lighting in the room is horrible. There were no coffee cups. The window shade did not work. I requested handicap room and there were bars but difficulty As it was not a walk in shower. The check in girl was not especially helpful and check out wasn’t much better. Unfortunately, we were very displeased and will not return even though we travel in that area often.
