Overall, I would stay here again, but the rooms are a bit outdated and tired. Beds were very comfortable and staff very helpful. My husband and I stayed here for our granddaughter's graduation. There was only one usb port and none close to the beds. It was difficult to charge all of our devices. Furniture was chipped and carpet was not cleaned in corners and near the walls. (I kept my slippers on). The bathroom was small with not enough counter space for the two of us. There were not enough towel holders or hooks and the shower seemed to leak outside of the tub, leaving the floor always wet. The lighting was not good in the bathroom. The oval makeup mirror was too low, requiring bending over to use it. The food in Stats bar was good and service was great. The pool was lovely. (Could have been cleaned and serviced more frequently as there was old food on several pool tables. Loved the location and easy walk to the Riverview park area.
Love staying at this Sheraton. Staff is always pleasant and welcoming.
