Super old beds were not comfortable pillows was like a scrambled ball the notice from the A/C was and vent in the washroom was super loud sheets had stain employees were grumpy.
This is the second time we were in the same room, the vent in the bathroom is broken it randomly comes on during the night, one of the drawers in the dresser constantly slides open, there was no face soap, hand soap I must say the kitchen staff was the highlight of the experience they were so friendly and courteous.Rooms on the other side of the building have no elevator access, you have to walk up a flight of stairs with your suitcase and other essentials.
Everyone was efficient, polite, even friendly. Place was very clean, breakfast was great. Room nice, five stars.
I would highly recommend this motel especially traveling from out of state. It’s our go to in the past and going forward.

Jose the manager, the front desk personnel, the room maids and kitchen help were all gracious and helpful (assisted me in finding a lost hearing aid). Our room was clean very comfortable, nicely furnished and reasonably priced. Our stay was more enjoyable than some of our visits to luxury properties over the years. We both highly recommend staying at a Best Western Hotel for an upcoming trip. You won't be disappointed.
