Hotel was dirty, rooms smelled, air conditioning didn’t work, pool dilapidated, overall hotel was nasty,.
rented two rooms for a one night stay. Both hotel room bathrooms had mold/mildew on the ceilings. AC/Heater units in the walls had extremely fifthly filters/screens. We were on the first floor and the hallway had water damage that started at the ceiling and ran down the wall, rotting out the wall and you could see the large wet stain in the carpet. Hallways are dark and poorly lite. The beds were small and lumpy. One of the lamps in the bedroom did not illuminate at all. Furniture was well worn and used. The lily pad in the pool came unhook from the chain and was free floating in the pool and the missing hardware no where to be found. My youngest sustain a laceration to her foot while in the pools shallowest end.
Saturday morning when I woke up I went to go get in the shower to my knowledge we had no hot water. Do I had let the front desk know. They had informed me that it was the boiler and it would be up soon. But that following night I still had no hot water.
Noisy, lack of pool towels, tub was dirty, fridge had no control knob on, had to turn the metal stick to turn it on, freezer was dirty, cabinet area that the fridge sits in was dirty. The slates kept coming off the AC/ heating unit.
