This hotel was very good, always is and I stay there annually. This time. Ryan's shuttling me to and from the airport made the trip more pleasant. But it was Mark, the waiter's most courteous and helpful service at the hotel's Grappo restaurant that made the experience quite memorable. Mark, I hope you are there to serve on my next trip to Rochester. I will ask for you.
We had a patient in intensive care at Strong and it was lovely to come back to a clean room. Annoyingly, our keys did not work consistently and we had to return to the lobby two out of three days for new keys. The Internet was GROSSLY inadequate in our room. In an emergency family situation, communication is really essential. It was difficult. We loved Grappa: excellent food and very attentive service.
