The room stay was great! It was great to be able to open the bathroom window at night to hear the peepers instead of having the A/C on. Staff was friendly and helpful. Liked having a firepit to sit around. Liked having the cool pool for circulation. I loved the bath house soaks and received a wonderful massage with Marya!
Easy check in. Good service and easy outside access for pups ($25 pet per day + taxes). Lots of hiking and food establishments nearby. Mini fridge and microwave in room.

Overall very pleasant and extremely quiet. The hot tub on our porch was very pleasant. We saw bald eagles flying very nearby. One disappointment was that there were no bathrobes in the room. When I called and informed the front desk, she said they were too busy to bring them to us but that I could go to the office and pick them up.
Hotel check in was made easy, the room was clean and the pool area clean and refreshing.
Staff and resort were awesome! What a great experience. Highly recommend a day visit or stay in the rooms. So happy we went!

The facilities are great. Nice hot water in the pool along with cold water plunge for a twist.
I visited with my sister's. We had a wonderful time.
We had numerous family and friends staying here after our daughter's wedding. The hotel was inundated with requests for early check in. They made sure the bride's family was given the first early check in. Everyone was pleasant and helpful even though it was very busy. Having the fire pit for everyone to hangout together after the wedding was a pleasant bonus! Will definitely stay here again.
Had a lovely couple day stay at Carson Hot Springs recently. The mineral pool was divine, alternating between the mineral pool and the arctic pool was exhilarating and the staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience, especially for seniors as the average age of guests was over 50. The restaurants nearby were great, too; especially the Backwoods Brewery such wonderful food and atmosphere!
