The Courtyard was, as usual, a great place to stay. The employees were very courteous and helpful.
Nice and clean place to stay with family.
Our door would not open on several occasionas. We thought it was our key, but changed several times. The mechanic on site told us "we" turned the bolt too hard and that was causing it to stick. My 84 year old mother with very weak hands locked the door that night and every other hotel room we have been in the bolt unlocks when you open or you can't close the door. I spent over an hour on several occasions trying to get into my room rather than spending time with family. Will not stay there again and will think about staying a Marriott again.
The staff was very nice and kind. The room was clean. The pool and outside area was enjoyable.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Even one of the women from the laundry room smiled and said hello when I passed by her twice. The room was comfy and clean as well as the rest of the hotel.
We recently stayed at Courtyard Auburn. Byron demonstrated great service meeting with me beforehand to accommodate the large amount of wedding guests; he made sure they received rooms on the 4th floor in close proximity together. The entire staff exhibited great service and we appreciated the three late night gatherings in the public lounge/bar area. All the staff treated us with a smile. The bartender on Thursday night 5/16/24 was great and very accommodating with the wine tasting. Thank you to the evening crew, a gentleman and woman who were very happy to greet us and share that they were able to help in any way. Housekeeping was also very accommodating, providing extra towels during our stay. The room was perfect! Many of us commented on the cleanliness of the hotel, the room stay and wonderful walk-in showers. Again, thank you to Byron and the staff at Courtyard Marriott for a wonderful stay and for making my daughter's wedding weekend perfect.
