The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was what was expected. The only issue we had was the water pressure for our sink in our room too light.

We discovered that there were ants on the desk area and near microwave and refrigerator area.
Hotel was clean, the only thing that was discouraging was the couch had rips in it with tape covering up some of the rips and the white comforter on the bed had stains (old) Sheets and pillowcases were clean it just looked like they couldn’t remove the stains during wash. My suggestion don’t use the stained comforter and replace with new ones.

They never unplugged my tub and I didn’t see house keepers the whole time.
We’ve stayed here several times. The staff is great and the hotel is close to stores and restaurants in Springfield.
They allow pets most rooms smell like dogs there was broken glass particles on my room floor and I have little slivers in my feet. They were rude unfriendly breakfast was terrible. Room was higher priced. I give it a very poor rating.

We called down for wakeup call they called us back and said they don't do that was supposed to be a alarm clock in room, we told them we didn't have one in our room our friends had one in their room and the front or whoever answered the phone argued with us that we had a clock and we didn't and they were very very rude. Not good very disappointed.
