Needs a little updating but it is convenient and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend.
Desk staff, restaurant staff, porter, shuttle drivers all excellent. Flight canceled at 2:00 a.m. No car. Booked room at Crowne Plaza close to airport. First room (231) was behind elevator wall. Very noisy and could not get any rest. Desk was helpful and assigned new room after four p.m. Very quiet compared to first room. No water in bathroom sink. No TV remote (desk provided). Restaurant was understaffed for number of guests having breakfast. However, server did cover well. Food was tasty. Did not have this experience the many times I’ve stayed at another hotel chain over the last year.
This Crown Plaza has gone downhill since IHG took over 😫.
Always taken care of…As a female traveling alone they always have my safety in mind and put me in a higher floor level room.

The employees that work here are all kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will be back.
Everyone from the desk clerk, the waitress on Friday night and the waitress on Saturday morning was outstanding!
We were originally told the hotel shuttle was not reliable. So we were concerned because our plane came in at midnight. We called the hotel. They told us where to wait and the shuttle was there within five minutes. The driver was very friendly and chatted with 7 of us on the shuttle about Browns football. Pointing out where they practiced. He no sooner picked us up when he got a call for more people at the airport. He dropped us off. Helped us with our bags and turned around for the airport. Staff very pleasant and efficient checking us in. My husband dropped two credit cards in the parking lot which someone turned in. Since our number wasn't on file, the girl at the desk called Expedia and quickly got our number and called us. "Thank God I caught you before you got too far", she said. Again, so efficient and great at her job. The breakfast crew also got this weary traveler coffee when the large pot was empty. She also was very pleasant. I can't say enough good things. Thank you for everything!
