I had a rough flight coming in and the woman who checked me in (Demetrius?) was so lovely and warm and helpful. It was clean, had free coffee and tea, pool and exercise room. Wonderful would stay again.
I am a rewards member with Holiday Inn. I don't travel as much as I would like. I have been in Jacksonville, Phoenix, Chicago (several time, it's my home town.)Kentucky, Indiana and Wisconsin and some are not as nice as others. I don't want to name the one that needs a little more attention, but it really is not as clean as others. However, the one I just stayed in, at the Newnan location, WAS THE CLEANIST I have ever been too. The staff needs a raise, they were all so over the hill with the customer service I received. They had a the maintenance man cleaning on Sunday Morning cleaning the hallways, door handles and the elevators with bleach. (that man needs a raise) My rooms was cleaner then I had ever stayed in at any Holiday INN. Thank You Newnan Holiday Inn for making my evening wonderful!
The hotel staff have all been fantastic. From the front desk to the lobby staff running the breakfast to housekeeping, they've all been so friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again.
