Night staff was amazing!
We went to an event, travelling from Lower Pottsgrove, Pa to a learning conference in Kittering, which was a difficult lodging experience, travelling till 7 pm last Wednesday night. We had to quickly pivot for lodging on the cusp of a busy 4th of July holiday, Thursday to Monday with a no opening likelyhood anywhere. We were in a tired panic and came upon the Quality Inn on 3rd call. What a relief the room, the accommodations and the great staff were. They were on point on everything, the directions around town, the upcoming events and just anything you could imagine. They'll be our first call next time!
Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and also the lobby and breakfast area.
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating during check in. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
