We ended up needing a place to stay at 1:00am after an emergency. Both the night and day staff showed incredible compassion and made thoughtful gestures after finding out about our situation. SO very appreciated in the moment.
Excellent staff, quickly resolved minor problem, overall vintage, room very clean with good updated bathroom, excellent comfortable bed, excellent new heating/cooling unit. Room very comfortable and quiet. I was surprised to open the curtains in the morning and see the highway so close. The hotel is categorized as a 2star, this is an honest assessment. I value cleanliness and comfort over decor. I would stay here again.
There were cigarette burns in my bed. They gave a random person a lay to my hotel room. And the room smelled like cigarettes.
