The outside of the hotel looks great but my stay was not. Woken up to a fire, had to stay in a different hotel. Came back to my bathroom with ants. My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. Hotel has a no refund policy, this is outrageous. I will be not staying at any related hotels in the future. Hotel has not refunded me my comp night for the fire alarm, have to go through the third party I booked my room with.
We had a good 6 day stay while visiting family over the holiday.
