Friendly efficient staff, good food, clean rooms. Love being able get up and take a walk around the lake! So beautiful and peaceful, gets my day started great!

I always enjoy my stay here. Probably stayed around 10 time. My only complaint is they no longer supply a dog bowl and treat.

First time staying at this hotel and casino in June 2025. We enjoyed our stay very much as we found the parking to be easy, the food good and the hotel clean. We weren’t big winners but we had fun in the casino! Everyone was super nice also. Loved it!

After staying at Western Village I can understand why it came so highly recommended. The accommodations were comfortable, the staff were all helpful and friendly and the restaurants served delicious and plentiful meals all at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend the Western Village.

Back in November, 2024, I spent several days at the Western Village Casino and Hotel. The service was excellent and so was the price. Since we have family in the Reno/Sparks area, Western Village will be our “go to” place to stay!

In one respect normal. I have never had less than a great stay. My only complaint is with the casino. No table games!
