My only complaint was bedding. Did not feel clean or appear so (sheets) There was an odor with pillows! Bed Head….
I spent multiple days while visiting my college student. The location was great, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I’ll be back.

When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by Jean. He was very pleasant. I gave him my name to check in and he could not see my reservation in the system. I started to worry as I had driven 3.5 hours for a meeting the next day and needed a place to stay. He assured me that he would take care of me and boy did he ever. In his research, he had discovered that I was scammed when I made my "reservation" at this point I was panicking because I didn't have a lot of money to spend on another room. He was so wonderful and helped me with another room at a discounted rate. Nearly half what I paid the scammers. I will be disputing the original charge with my bank. Thank you Jean for taking such good care of your guests. You truly made a scary situation turn into a great one. I won't forget you and what you did for me. You are simply amazing three.

Clean, helpful staff, close to UMass Memorial and downtown. Very convenient and amenities were great.
