Close to airport and everything was super clean.
Desk service ineffective, not Custer centric, when asking questions vague and virtually non responsive, 2of the three elevators were out of service for three days which caused inconveniences the entire trip.

Desk service ineffective, not Custer centric, when asking questions vague and virtually non responsive, 2of the three elevators were out of service for three days which caused inconveniences the entire trip.
Reservations were mis handled and incorrectly recorded. Corrections to reservations resulted in "cancellation fees" assigned to guest. Operations Manager was dis interested in removing improperly assigned "cancellation fees". Repeated requests and promises, for replacement bath towels and room service went unanswered. While there are many fine personnel on staff at this hotel, the leadership,organization and management could use improvement.
From the outside it appears to be a nice hotel; however, the elevator was broken, so the shuttle had to be redirected to pick me up at the airport four times waiting over an hour. The furniture and sheets had stains on them. The shower floor was slimy. The front desk staff knew nothing of the board exam being hosted in their facility (the organization states ask the front desk staff for directions to the event). They acted like they had no idea. I called the bar Urbana to ask if there was room service and the woman that answered the call said nope and hung up. It was overall a crappy stay. The pillows were thin and cheap.
Our stay was pretty pleasant at this establishment. The desk clerks were excellent to give information and help, etc.
Third stay and we will be back.
The beds were clean. Nice area and safe.
The room was lovely. The workout room was fair. Only one treadmill was working. There was no hot tub that was disappointing. The body was pump did not as well.
