Clean and convenient. A lot of available amenities. Would 10/10 stay again.
The room was comfortable but other family members had problems with housekeeping. Rooms were not cleaned daily.Not enough lines given. Expected better service for the price paid.
Very nice resort, good food options and the food/drink service on the beach in nice also.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel handled our large group. Meals were good and on time and elevators ran frequently. Everyone was pleasant at check in and check out and very helpful. I observed some real kindnesses. Room was clean and adequate supplies. Loved the shower and bedding. Over all good experience and I would recommend it and come back.

Small things but nothing bad would recommend and return.
Fantastic views and absolutely outstanding staff! I stayed for four nights with my dog. The room was spectacular with a beautiful view of both the ocean and the bay, sunrise and sunset. Front desk staff was very informative and friendly. Cleaning staff was extremely friendly and generous. Can't wait to stay here again!
The hotel was clean. The main meeting room (Atlantic Ballroom 1) and smaller breakout conference rooms were exceptionally well set up for the Primary Search Sportfishing Seminar I attended. I plan to attend the next annual seminar.
Great location and outstanding service!
I have stayed at this hotel 16 times. This is by far the worst room I have stayed in. First, it was an ADA compliant room (which I did not need) with a huge walk in shower with just a shower curtain. Second, the "city view" was looking at the roof.
