We selected this facility because of its proximity to the Embarcadero and nearby restaurants. And, it was newly reburbished. I loved the new shower although the floor was a bit slippery. The cabinetry and bed are very new but the materials will not hold up over time. There are lots of outlets but no little table and chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee or your morning bagel. There certainly is enough room for an added piece of furniture. The check in was very friendly and the room was very clean. The mini fridge is decent size and was what we needed. They provide bottled shower soaps and by the sink as well. The rooms are only cleaned after a four day stay and that was not a problem for us with our two day stay. There is a gap between the side of the bed and the headboard so be ware if you drop something. It is not easily retrieved. Their are two nice rollar shades and a more modern air conditioning heating unit which we did not use. If I don’t visit again for a couple of years I will look ca re fully at reviews. There is a great little coffee shop just around the corner.
Motel is located between the marina and downtown Morro Bay. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Clean, quiet room. Only drawbacks.. single ply rough toilet paper and need to wash car because of many birds using car for target!
