I had a confirmed reservation and was told that I changed and eliminated one day, which I did not do. They sent me to another hotel at the same price. Both hotels had had upped their rates significantly that weekend because an event was in town. Almost all hotels were sold out. The room itself was very nice, no complaints there, just that I had to move.
Amazon clean, room is lovely and quiet. Marcella and Gary who do the breakfast are the best! They are at your beck and call. Food is amazing. The pool is pristine and the grounds so clean. I will not stay anywhere else in the Venice area! All staff are truly amazing!
