The cool thing about Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Eagan, MN is that it offers a variety of amenities including an indoor pool, a spa tub, a fitness center, complimentary shuttle service within 5 miles, and a complimentary buffet breakfast with rotating hot food options, made-from-scratch waffles, and a yogurt bar.
We stayed here two nights while I had cataract surgery across the road. When we first checked in, the heat didn’t work properly in our room. I went down to the front desk to inquire about it and we were immediately accommodated by being able to move into a different room on the same floor. Our new room heated up nicely and we were comfortable while it was our “home” for a few days.
Staff was very friendly and helpful Rooms were clean.
Had to change rooms due to a broken bed, took four hours to get sheets for pull out, no pillows until 1030 pm. Pool area is not clean and is run down. Staff was apologetic and professional.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times within the last year or so. It has drastically went down hill. The first night I was here I went down to the lobby to get more pillows and they said they didn’t have any… the elevator does not seem safe and takes forever to be used. The hot tub has been broken the last two times I have been here and does not seem to want to be fixed. Don’t waste your money this is not a true country in anymore as well so don’t let the Internet fool you while booking seems the place has been bought out by different company, as well as the air conditioning unit in our room needs work too.

Our hotel bathroom had cobwebs in our tub down by the pool there was poop smeared all by the toilet paper. Our sheets were not clean and the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Overall not a clean hotel for what you pay for. Thanks.
Nice quiet overnight stay after late flight. Very quiet and good breakfast except no sausage or bacon. Good coffee.

It was so comforting to know that with the craziness at the airport, our reservation was held for us. Our flight was delayed for over an hour which made us almost too late for the shuttle service. Thankfully the shuttle driver was able to pick us up and deliver us to the hotel around midnight. So many people had to scramble to make arrangements with the airline disruptions. We were thankful that we did not have to go through that! The room was clean and comfortable and our car was just as we left iT the week before when we left on our trip. Thank you for a great conclusion to our vacation.
