The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was exceptionally proficient, well mannered and clean cut young adults. The outside was well maintained.
We were here for a funeral. Asked for a little extension of time if we needed it before checking out. Were refused even 10 minutes so will not return to this hotel chain agin.
I wish the pillow were regular size, not the little ones that were on the bed. The young man at the front counter was wonderful!

The front desk staff Derek especially has zero customer service, He is unable to multitask and is very rude. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I would never stay here with kids again.
Excellent hotel for visitors with pets.
Only issue was TV remote didn’t work. Was very tired so didn’t deal with it. The people that clean the room should made sure of this. I was alone and was going to request a TV check at night.
Our stay was okay until we found out there was no hot water and it was too late to do anything about. also we got scammed into paying an extra $25.00 by some company, claiming it was some kind of cancellation insurance.When I asked at front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it.The fact that this Hotel associates them self with this company just is not right.Being a senior and not very tech savvy I really felt scammed. Needless to say we will not be returning here.
