We received the utmost support from Shane, I believe he is the front desk manager. He went above and beyond to overcome an unforeseen transportation barrier. Offering a solution rather than allowing us to bear it on our own. The kindness, professionalism and compassion of his proactive approach speaks volumes in contrast to guest relations observed by competitors. Thank you for providing exceptional hospitality.
