I called the day before to let them know what flight we would be coming on and to have their hotel shuttle to pick us up, we called when we arrive and they never came to pick us up, they didn't answer the phone we had to pay someone to take us to the hotel, I will never use them again, They have one person working the phone and when he is their he don't answer them, why have a hotel shuttle and not use it.
Bed was nice. Room was quiet.
