The hotel staff was very accommodating. The grill staff and cook served us well. Very clean rooms.
I would NOT recommend this hotel. They really lack in the cleaning department.
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Room was not cleaned. I thought maybe it was just me but no. Other parents on the team had the same experience. I did not bring it up when we arrived due to being late and we were tired. Crusty white stuff on the bedding, finger prints on inside of door, splatter of something and finger prints on the head board, sticky substance on top and sides of entertainment TV stand/drawer credenza. Hair and grin on bathroom floor. Bathroom faucet hasn’t been cleaned in years. I did bring it up to the manager when I checked out and he was very affended, as well as another lady who appeared to be the cleaning manager. They did not own it and speak to me in a professional manor. I will never stay at this hotel EVER. Parking is awful. Circle drive in front is awful. Elevators are very slow. Took me one hour and 10 mins to take my things to my car due to elevators are slow and not enough carts! Customer service is not priority! This place is an absolute joke.
Noisy and very little lite in the room. Only one bedside table with one light.
Exceptionally friendly, alert staff. Rooms very clean and good breakfast bar.
We love this place. Every time we compete at a dance competition in Hot Springs, we stay here because the rooms are nice and clean. We like that they sell bottles of water in the lobby and basic snacks. We like that it’s close to the food truck park.
Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice clean rooms and breakfast was good.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. loved the location we loved having a shuttle to destinations to far to walk.
We had a great room. Walking was great right there on the strip couldn't ask for more.

The hotel staff was attentive and kind making my conference more enjoyable by having an attractive area to worship in with ease. The restaurant was located inside the hotel making it easy to obtain delicious breakfasts, lunches and even dinners at reasonable prices. All the areas were secure even in the evenings and calm. Sleeping there was very restful each evening. I would recommend this hotel for conferences and recommend the restaurant for dining because of the variety of items on the menu and the multiple wine selections. A glass of wine was nice with an evening meal to relax with. 🙏.
