The property is not in crowded Custer but it’s easy to access parks, Mickelson trail and lots of amenities. Stayed here before and chose to return.
We stayed for 6 nights for our visit to Mt Rushmore and the other area’s attractions. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The staff were all friendly and helpful enough when we asked. We would stay here again.
Hot water took a long time to come on.
Someone needs to clean the hot tub which has a layer of visible dirt riding the bubbles.

Very comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast (sausage, eggs and other additional items).
Friendly staff and informative on area restaurants. Brian was outstanding when we had questions on our billing and just an awesome person to deal with. Yes we would diffantly stay in Hill City again.
