I've stayed in this facility since it opened and was always impressed at the cleanliness and upkeep until this stay. I stayed three nights and was actually appalled at the conditions. Unmopped floors, the first room I had had plaster falling off the ceiling, carpet was filthy, tub not cleaned( I was moved)next room was cleaner. I probably won't be staying here again. Sad.
Awesome room, staff are courteous! We stay here every time we come to Wake Forrest hospital for checkups.

First off the front desk people were not friendly and were eating and playing on their phones while we tried to interact with them. The rooms were dirty, they had hair all over the floor and towels. The walls had smears and dirt all over them. For the price that we paid, the rooms should have been better cared for. We moved to the comfort suites the next few nights and it was night and day different. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I’m not sure that I will ever stay in another best western.

The breakfast was excellent, room was acceptable, a/c was great, staff helpful.
