I got fairly badly from a steel piece sticking out on the side of the bed that holds the mattress in place. I used a lot of toilet paper to stop the bleeding. It has been a painful wound ever since. I have photos in case you’re interested in seeing the problem. It should be fixed before someone else gets hurt. I didn’t go to the office before I left in the morning because I had a commitment and didn’t have time. I should of at least had my room comped for my pain and suffering. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
Room was freezing and took almost three hours to get warmish.
It’s an average kinda dated airport area hotel. It’s not the four Seasons and I didn’t expect it to be. I don’t have any problems staying here. Toughin up. Book it. It’s the free airport shuttle you want anyway.
Peaceful and comfortable. Really liked the shuttle service to the airport and parking option.
Close to the air terminal and cost was reasonable.
