The bed and pillows were the best. Room was spotless. Little things like small fridge, makeup remover towlette, full breakfast, and a take it with you paper bag with a bottle of water, bagel and a piece if fruit within. Staff was wonderful. Loved this place.
BED ENTRY WAS INACCESIBLE ON ONE SIDE OF THE BED FOR A PERSON NEEDING HELP. A SMALL WALL CHEST PLACED ABOVE SAFETY BAR IN BATHROOM ABOVE TOILET .IS A SAFETY ISSUE.. TOO LOW AND WIDE AS TO CAUSE INJURY TO HEAD AND FACE. NO COFORTABLE SEETING AVALABLE SUCH AS A RECLINER OR CHAIS. ONLY AVAILABLE SEATING WAS AN OFFICE CHAIT AND A STRAIGHT BACK CHAIR. ASKED AT DESK IF A RECLINER OR A CHAISE COULD BE PLACED IN THE ROOM and WAS TOLD NONE WERE AVAILABL SYSTEM WIDE. THEREFOR, HANDICAPED/ NON HANDICAPED GUESTS, COULD SIT ON THE BED, THE STOOL AT END OF BED, THE HARD STRAIGHT BACK CHAIR, OR THE OFFICE CHAIR BY THE SMALL DESK. THE FIRST MORNING BREAKFAST WAS VEERY DISSAPOINTING, COOL SCRAMBLED EGGS and PARTIALY UNCOOKED FRIED POTATOS, COFFEE WAS VERY GOOD THOUGH.. SECOND DAY BREAKFAST WAS A BIT BETTER CHEESE OMELET and LINK SAUSEGES, HOWEVER COOL.. COFFEE WAS GOOD. STAFF EVERY ONE OF THEM WERE A DELIGHT, THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND TRIED TO HELP AND PLEASE IN ANY WAY THEY COULD. THE PLANT AT THE ENTRY IS BEAUTIFUL. HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN.
Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast bar was adequate.
Our stay was great. Nice breakfast, clean property and we could see the fireworks from our window!
