We were so pleased with our stay for a very reasonable price we found the room comfortable and attractive. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods and staff were very responsive. Even though we were on the first floor there was no road noise. This will be our hotel of choice when we return for a visit.
so frustrating that we got back to our room at 4PM and the room was not cleaned. Nobody told us it was only cleaned after a three day stay. we had no clean towels nor was the wastebasket emptied. I was told when I called the front desk that you have to ask the day before to have your room cleaned. you would think somebody would tell you this when you check in. also at breakfast there were no clean spoons. when I asked someone, she told me they had to wash them. she then came to my table and asked if I wanted a plastic spoon. I said yes and never received one. I ate my yogurt with a fork! everyone was very pleasant and the hotel was nice but for the price we paid we were quite disappointed!
We have stayed here many times as we have family in the area. We are always impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Beds are great and step in shower is greatly appreciated.

Hyatt Place .. we stayed two nites for a local event. Most impressed with staff..very polite going above the norm, room was clean and spacious. Will stay again upon future visits.
After we had severe damage to our home following hurricane Helene, we were able to get a room at this property. Even though they were also experiencing problems with internet, electricity power they were kind and gracious. The staff worked tirelessly to make sure that we were taken care of. They always were kind. The manager John was also very kind and helpful. Excellent staff the room was comfortable and suited our needs. Very clean. They really really made a horrible experience, not only bearable, but we were comfortable during a time when most people were not.
