We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Comfort Inn in beautiful Madison, Indiana. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed eating and playing games in the breakfast room. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating.

The employees at this hotel are all very friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were so comfy! Nice having a refrigerator and microwave as well. The room was a great size and not cramped at all.
I booked a room through a phone bank, found out after I had already booked it that it was too far out of the way of where I was going and asked the rep to cancel. They didn't, so I had to deal with it the next day. The support people said the front desk person at the hotel refused to honor the cancellation.

Well maintained and furnished room.
The property was well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Cost was high for this property.
The room smelled musty. Thanks to my husband’s cologne, the smell was masked. Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.
