Our second stay and we love it. Clean and comfortable.
This is the second time my family has had to relocate to Miami in order to escape a hurricane. Both times, we stayed here. Both times, we had to move around to (at least) two different hotels because of multiple day stays and lack of vacancies. Both times, the other hotels we stayed at were disappointing, in one way or another. This one is always comfortable, convenient and affordable. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else, in Miami.
Maria checked me in….warm, friendly and helpful. She also was up all night and checked me out the next morning….and was still going to do her regular shift. I felt bad for her, but she was great. No show employees can make it hard for those who remain.
