We always stay here on our trips down to Florida and back. Great breakfast.
Clean, updated, great shower, air conditioner easy to regulate, beautiful bedroom wall art.
My room had dust on almost all surfaces. The desk clerk recommended a restaurant that was not open. There was no decaf coffee. I was told that they could not give me a receipt.i had to look twice to find the desk clerk at checkout as he was not at the front desk. This is not what I am used to from a BW property. I don’t even know if I even got my points or recognition for my stay.

Front desk very nice. Room was clean, bathroom very clean. Strong odor of what we assumed and hoped, was disinfectant. Turning up the A/C took care of it. I would stay again.

I am thrilled to see Best Western starting new hotels. The old ones have outlasted their usefulness due to age. This is also true for many of the other chains who are still trying to keep their places functioning. But that’s not working. Congratulations BW.
