Hotel was clean Staff nice. Terribly noisy didn’t sleep also had a two week old bagel for breakfast.
Our stay was due to attending a funeral. The Operations Manager was so helpful and kind to me. The staff's service was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. We'll be coming back to NY in June and will definitely be staying here again!

Our brief stay at the Sleep Inn was very enjoyable. The room rate was affordable, it was convenient to the Syracuse airport and the shuttle service was friendly and professional. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
