Upon arrival, waited 15 minutes no one at front desk! Staff was very dismissive! Room was dirty, sticky substance on room counter and bathroom counter! Air conditioning system did not work! Shower did not function properly! Water was always scolding hot! Went to front desk to change rooms, The room they changed me to did not have a remote for the TV! And the air conditioning system did not work at all in that room! So I stayed in the first room! I am a native out of California and I will say unequivocally this hotel‘s accommodations were equivalent to South Central and Compton accommodations! Wish to say is extremely poor! I was with my sister so we didn’t need something high end however, I didn’t expect it to be a ghetto hotel! And that’s exactly what this location was! Do not stay here the staff doesn’t care! The place is filthy!
Welcome was great, room and facility were very well kept. Beautiful hotel and layout. Good breakfast and room was exceptional.

The staff here is simply outstanding! Starting with Shannon at the reception desk, she was so personable, welcoming and so polite. She made an impression. Then I noticed other employees demonstrating the same kindness! This was refreshing; thanks!
