The front desk concierge was so pleasant and accommodating! This was my first visit to Memphis and I was greeted with warmth and kindness! It made our one night stay Fantastic! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The water was hot and stayed hot throughout my shower. Thank you Comfort Inn Downtown Memphis!
We didn’t know what to expect when we booked in downtown Memphis. The staff was great, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was spotless and breakfast was delicious.
We do not wash sheets/towels everyday for less water consumption unless required by guest. We also have recycling available on premises and use LED lighting. All breakfast plates, bowls and silverware are recyclable.
Free Hot American Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, 2 flavors of waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, assorted cold/hot cereals, assorted breads, pastries and muffins, yogurt, fruit, fresh oatmaeal station, coffee, tea, milk and juices.
We offer covered self parking at a cost of $12.00 per car per day. Also, offer complimentary motor coach or charter bus parking.
We have complimentary WIFI in all guestrooms and public spaces. A free business center is available in our lobby.
