Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston
The hotel offers a convenient location in the heart of Boston, within walking distance of Faneuil Hall Marketplace and New England Aquarium.
The rooms are a bit small but very clean, kudos to the staff they are what really made the stay for me. Had nothing but excellent service from everyone I came in contact with from the desk, to house keeping and Jimmy at the attached restaurant. If not for them id have prob given 3/5. The water does not get hot enough for my liking. Channel selection on in room TV is poor 40 45 channels mostly news or sports. TV is Using InnSpire which allowed for screen Casting to the TV from my phone but it was just bad. It looked like streaming HD content with dialup so much lag, voices would not line up to the picture but the worst part is the volume lock at 40. When the AC/Heat cycles you can not hear anything.
The sleeping area and bathroom were a bit tight, but manageable. The Hotel Receptionist (Tristine Kelly) is in the "top tier" of receptionists I have seen worldwide. Having served in the Army for over 20 years I have seen a lot. She was genuine, knowledgeable, gracious and exceptionally helpful. With that, she catapulted my experience in Boston. Thankfully, George A. Ward.

Expedia Group verifies all reviews to ensure that the customer has indeed booked on our site. To encourage customers to submit their reviews, we send an email containing a link to evaluate the hotel to which we sometimes attach a reduction or Expedia Rewards voucher to use on a future trip. We post all reviews whether they are positive or negative, to the extent that they respect our content directives. This monitoring is automated.
