Our room was located next to one of their meeting room and for some reason, they moved the breakfast there on two of the three days we were there, instead of the nice kitchen/eating area they had up in the lobby. Lots of banging around earlier than we wanted to wake up and more noise as people came in for early breakfast. Hotel is a bit tired and worn out, but I think they are doing some remodeling, based on the containers in the parking lot.
Seemed clean and quiet.
Ma and I have stayed at this location several times throughout the years, good location and clean rooms.
This is my favorite hotel when I come to Kansas City. The staff is nice, the pool is clean and wonderful. It's very quiet.
Breakfast is currently a grab and go.

Reasonable price, super clean, nice staff welcomed me, close to the airport and easy in and out. Waffle House practically sits on the property line and plenty of other restaurants are nearby. I can't say enough good things about the place. Kevin C.
