The room was clean. Housekeeping was good. Check in and check out was easy. And the free shuttle to the convention center and back made getting around much easier.

This is a nicely done hotel. Plenty of parking, very quick check in, friendly and experienced front desk people, very quiet and clean rooms. What's not to like.
I had never stayed on the 12th floor. My room had the biggest bathroom room I have ever seen in a regular priced room. The room actually echoes. I loved the space and the view from that high.
I'm a Nashvillian and don't usually stay at hotels in my hometown, but the ice and snow storm named "Fern" drove many Nashvillians to hotels when the power went out for more than a week. Vanderbilt HI welcomed us, fed us, kept us warm, let us sleep in helped us in every way. Many thanks to the great staff!
Wonderful stay. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They all had excellent customer service. The room was clean and super neat. The whole stay 100% from me I will be coming back.
The staff here is kind and attentive. The rooms are kept clean and the food here is good. Everyone has gone out of their way to make us feel at home since we have been displaced because of no power. I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful people that work here. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. Thank you so much for having a property that runs like this and know that they have made us all feel like we’re home.
After being without power for three days it was great to have a warm room and a hot shower.
Great Place to Stay.
We always stay here when we are in town and it has always been good.
Everything was smooth checking in and out. The only thing I would recommend is that the bed in our room needs replacing. It dips on one side and was not very comfortable. Enjoy staying at this hotel as it is convenient for the things we do in Nashville.
