This place was grubby, poorly maintained, run down and insecure. When we were checking in, there was an assault outside the door and the police came.
The front desk is very slow. The breakfast was very limited, the yogurts were frozen solid and the trash can lid that was broken last year at this time still is. Oh, the shower was cold water only.
Chair taped over a hole. Cream cheese for bagels looked curdled.
Room was clean, workers were friendly.

Unfortunately my family had a medical emergency while staying at this hotel. The staff, especially Garry, was incredibly helpful. Above and beyond! The staff here is so kind!
