Hotel was very nice.
My stay there was good. The room was nice and clean. My experience afterwards with my bill/charge for the stay was unacceptable. I was charged double the amount of what the paper receipt I received when checking out. When I called the front desk at the hotel to question it, I was told that I should not have received the paper receipt and that there was nothing they could do. I spoke with Justin who was not helpful in any way. I don’t know if I will stay at that location again. It doesn’t appear that the front desk staff care about their clients/customers. If they continue to treat their clientele in this manner they will lose business.
