You advertise park and fly. At the time I registered I was told the parking for flying quota was full. I got to my room and thought that is not right. So I went back to the desk. And was informed the airport parking lot was full also. Needless to say the gal at desk at that time said she would find me parking.
At check in I had to wait for a minute or two before the two ladies up front would look up from their computer to acknowledge I was standing there. Not a welcome greeting. While showering, water ran outside the shower getting the bathroom floor wet. Making it Very slippery and having to use our towels to wipe it up. The market is nice, but would be nicer if in a machine so you don’t have to wait in line at the reception desk to wait to pay while people are checking in or checking out. Inconvenient. The breakfast was very good! The staff kept up on that very nicely. Our overall stay was good.
We found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Room was perfect, clean and very comfortable. This was our second time at this hotel and both times were great. The desk staff helped us with a better room than we booked over the phone which was more accommodating for our disabled daughter and our dog. Breakfast was very good. Housekeeping found our cooler pack that we forgot to take back with us and put it aside for us. Would go back there anytime. Beautiful pool and recreation room as well as workout room extremely nice.
