Winfred is the best concierge! He greeted us with delicious champagne and helped us navigate our dining and our first time visit experiences to Key West. We will be back for sure. Our room was beautiful and we were treated like special guests from the turn down of our bed at night to the delicious chocolates and fresh apples and oranges and waters and complimentary drinks upon our arrival.
