Our stay was wonderful. From the time we walked in the front door until we signed out and the valet service brought our car around front to leave was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and professional. Everyone there was so eager to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The cleanliness of the entire building was amazing our room and all the common areas were very clean.

Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to be helpful from the front desk, to the folks who installed the shower and toilet assistive devices, to the valets. The room was spacious with a good size refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker. The coffee was actually pretty good (nice selection of coffee and tea, plus liquid creamer, not the dreadful powder). Housekeeping was wonderful. The room was spotless every day of our three day stay.

We stayed two nights at the Wyndham Garden Downtown in Buffalo, NY. Our room was immaculate and well appointed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable; we both had a good night’s sleep! The continental breakfast in the morning was a perfect way to start the day. All the employees went out of their way to make sure we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk, the drivers of shuttle service, housekeeping ladies and cafeteria workers were all very friendly and helpful. We plan to make reservations at a Wyndham for our next adventure. Thank you!
