I've stayed there for the last three nights and it is by far my favorite hotel that I've ever stayed at. Everybody that works there is incredibly nice, the rooms are spotless and the accommodations are wonderful. My personal favorite is the balcony in the hotel room. Nothing beats sitting out there on a nice cool night. Oh and of course the bed is very comfortable. Five out of five stars, two thumbs up! I will be returning to this hotel and recommend it to anybody that is looking for a wonderful night's sleep.
Overall this hotel is old and pretty low quality. Staff was friendly and nice and bartenders were awesome. The sheets were washed with such a powerful detergent that I got a skin rash after two nights of sleeping on them. Would not recommend.
Room was very cold/drafty, shower was barely Lukewarm! Hotel lobby/restaurant was very cold.
Anna in the lounge and Crystal at the front are fantastic.
We had a king bed which was comfortable. Breakfast was was plentiful and delicious.
I tried checking in on Thursday but the entire system was down so couldn't check in tell Friday evening and had to wait two hours in line. I would like a refund for Thursday night stay.
