You call to make reservation and end up at Expedia or elsewhere but not the Renaissance. Not good snd should fix this scam. I asked and that said they represented the hotel. BAD!!
The room is over the top for space, cleanliness, freshness, cooling and quiet. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant. Veronica took my room service order and delivered it. She was so sweet and polite. Very communicating skills. I do hope she makes a career in the Hotel Industry. She will ascend quickly.
Except for the adjacent room physical conflict noise the room was as before on prev trips.
The rooms were nice. Greeted with a smile, everything is lovely, great area to sit outside. Great experience.
