The smell was so bad I couldn't breathe. The furniture was busted up. I checked out immediately and stayed somewhere else.
Would not recommend to anyone. Awaiting my refund.
I had an exceptional experience staying at Extended Stay America in Lexington Park, Maryland. The staff was professional, accommodating and truly committed to ensuring a positive guest experience. Despite the elevator being out of service during my stay, the team went above and beyond to assist guests and make the transition as seamless as possible. Their dedication, hard work and attentiveness did not go unnoticed and I sincerely appreciate their efforts in maintaining such a high level of service. The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable, providing everything needed for an extended stay. The front desk staff was courteous and proactive, ensuring that any questions or requests were handled promptly.
