The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.
We booked two rooms for one night and requested they be side by side and they complied. The rooms are clean and well equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and good hairdryer. Old Town is less than a 10 minute walk away. The complimentary breakfast is good and plenty. We enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we're in town.
I’ve stayed at this Hotel several times over the past years and have consistently enjoyed my stay. Staff is courteous, clean pool and spa and comfortable bed. Thank you.

We tried to cancel the hotel due to traveling issues but I was told we couldn’t because our reason wasn’t in the cancellation policy. I wasn’t fully aware because the employee I talked to said I could cancel but then was told no. My husband decided to drive and I called the hotel directly to let them know we weren’t coming the first. Ight but would be there in the morning because we drive all night and I asked if we could checkin I. The morning but when we got there they said they canceled our booking because we dint come the first night. Another employee is the one that canceled our stay. They argued and argued with my husband in a lengthy conversation. The employee I talked to the night before said he didn’t say we could checkin the next morning even though we paid for the three nights. My husband was really upset because the employee basically was calling me a liar saying he didn’t say we couldn’t check in in the morning of the next day. The employee told my husband they would give us a free a one nights stay in the future and my husband said no because we wouldn’t stay in that hotel again.
