I couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality and level of service from The Embassy Suites in Temecula. Like so many our power was cut off due to dangerously high winds. Living in the country without power or cell service and with my husband out of town I thought it best my grandson and I stayed at the Embassy Suites. Booking on line was simple, wonderful service from Leyla on the front desk who even helped our grandson complete his homework assignments by printing material for him, welcome drinks, a lovely roaring fire in the reception area, a super clean and very comfortable bed with everything we needed made this impromptu stay great. Freshly cooked omelettes and fresh fruit for breakfast and we were on our way and at school on time, refreshed and ready for a new day. All for $160! Excellent. Thanks Embassy Suites.

Embassy Suites Temecula was excellent. From service to location which is central to wineries and Old Town. Highly recommend and love the benefits of the stay.
I've stayed here before and will again. This place is awesome.
I arrived there around 3:53 to Check in. I had a reservation and once I got there. I had to wait for like 10 minutes from my room but ended up being a whole hour. Wait, aint nobody never called my name back and I see people that I walked into before them. They got their rooms before me. I have to personally walk up there again.Just to see if my room is ready and it was ready almost that whole time. I was about to cause the scene and tell them.Give me a discount.But I decided not to so here is my review. I had a great time to room with amazing.The hotel is good, but then not finding me with something different.

Leyla was very helpful texting and checking in on us. She also allowed us late check out giving us time to eat and rest before getting on the road.
