Lobby stylish, rooms spacious. Personally I don't like carpet in rooms.
The rooms were clean, and the accommodations were perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We love the Embassy Suites in Walnut Creek, CA. Easy drive and great location to all East Bay Area sites.
It was easy and quiet!
Room has a separate bedroom. Good free breakfast eggs cooked to your liking. The only thing I don’t like is the pay parking.
Front desk check in was fast and super friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was much better than expected. The made to order omelets were Great!
Easy check in. Valet parking $35/day with in and out access. Need to improve happy hour snacks. Room amenities good.
We were pleased with breakfast.
The facility is tired and in desperate need of repair and updating. We like being able to schedule housekeeping. Valet should have a phone so we can call directly. We can rarely reach the front desk when we need our car and must come down to request it. Breakfast buffet is fine. Fresh fruit and eggs made to order is a nice touch! Breakfast banquet seating needs recovering. Valet staff is great. Front desk staff is pleasant. Overall we still plan on returning.

Everyone was amazing. Staff, top tier. Food, delicious. 10/10.
The room and the breakfast were fine. We were disappointed in the happy hour serving only celery sticks and potato chips. Very disappointing. Other Embassy Suites have served hot appetizers and a large selection.
As always, polite and professional staff (Valet, Front Desk, Chefs, etc); clean rooms/bathrooms. And, quiet hallways!
